The Trader Says:

Fulton Financial Corp is an early stage MidCap that’s structured to do well.  Short interest is high and the stock has no love amongst brokerage analysts.  These are both good details to me… I’ll always take chart structure and price action over the pronouncements of analysts.  And short interest?  That’s generally fuel for the upside move (in some cases nitro).

Entry: Use buy setups and triggers between $18.00 and $20.00.

Suggested Initial Stop Loss: Either $17.96 or $ 16.88… be sure to size your position appropriately based on your choice.

Structure Nullified: If price breaks down through the rising trendline or the first horizontal support line around $17.96.

Re-entry: If stopped out and entry setup presents again before overall long structure violated.
