A big part of the journey for any simple trader is a focus on constant improvement. I like to make small, consistent improvements in my own trading, especially now that I've been at it for so long.
That said, one of the early quantum leap improvements I made was committing to consistent journaling. Whether for swing or day trading, maintaining a trading journal improved my understanding of my most important trading tool [me], and improved my day trading profitability dramatically.
