How I Use Context In My Simple Trading - Part I

"So much of design is context."

So much of life is making the right moves... at the right time...

So too trading.

Context is defined in Webster's as "the interrelated conditions in which something exists or occurs." In the context of trading... see what I did there? At any rate, in the world of trading, I like to define #tradingcontext as "the interrelated conditions which set the stage for a higher probability of a thing happening vs something else happening."

That's a lot of words, so what do I mean? It's not complicated...

If you're looking for a date/to meet someone, do you go to a lounge or to a library? Which one has "interrelated conditions which set the stage for a higher probability of" you meeting someone vs not.

Exactly.

That's #context.

If you can develop a way to place the behavior of price in context [a framework], with, for example, #TAOSTPowerZones and #TAOSTPointsofInterest, all you need to do is add a bit of #EmotionalCapital and the rest will take care of itself.
