How To Use Bollinger Bands In Your Simple Trading

Developed by John Bollinger, Bollinger Bands® are volatility bands placed above and below a moving average. Volatility is based on the standard deviation, which changes as volatility increases and decreases. The bands automatically widen when volatility increases and narrow when volatility decreases.

There's no single best way to use Bollinger Bands in your simple trading.  One of the best things about trading is there are literally thousands of ways to make money as trader... You need only pick one, make sure it's a profitable approach, and then stick with it.  Using Bollinger Bands is no different.
