TAOST Magnet Setup

TAOST Magnet Setup [TMS] is derived from the classic Pullback or Retracement Trade.  I neither discovered nor invented the basic setup…But I did perfect it’s use in simple trading…

It’s an amazingly consistent contextual chart structure that allows traders to anticipate and get positioned for significant directional moves.  Whether you’re a TrInvestor™ looking to improve your entry technique for long term holds, a Swing Trader who wants to extract frequent and repeated points from a few stocks, or day trader who needs powerful context within which to take your trades each day, TMS can help put you on the right track to more  and more consistent profits.

Maybe the most important aspect of TMS is the least discussed… even in my own video.  That aspect is the “Uncle” point TMS gives you.  The setup (like all good setups) tells a trader exactly where the setup is nullified.  In other words, it says to a trader if price trades through this level, it is no longer viable to enter this trade in this direction.  For the most conservative traders, that also often provides a definitive stop loss level to use for trade sizing purposes

Combined with other trading tools like like this and this, TMS allows traders to catch extraordinary risk adjusted moves on virtually any timeframe… and by risk adjusted I mean assymetric trades where a trader can risk a little to make a lot on a relative basis.

In the video below, the setup was worth something in the neighborhood of 5 to 7 S&P 500 Emini points which equates to $250 to $350… per contract… And that was on a 5 minute intraday timeframe.  With day trading margins (amount required to trade a single contract) of as little as $500, you can see why day trading can be such an incredible revenue generator for those who learn how to do it properly.

What you’ll learn in the video is the broad outlines of how (and why) TMS works… Where to look for the beginnings of a setup… And how to think about targets.
