Several years ago I took all of my market knowledge [at the time] and created my own trading tool. They are horizontal support and resistance areas and I call them TAOST Power Zones. I originally developed them for use on short-term, intraday trading charts [such as that in the video below]... But over time, I developed them further such that they are now useful on any commonly used timeframe if used consistently.
As a matter of principal, everything I say about trading the power zones on the intraday timeframe applies to other timeframes with proper adjustments given the different context.
